Tension in Kibera slum Katwekera village over the killing of
a residence by a madman early this week
The victim was killed by a madman who was armed with
a sharp knife and panga but was later over powered by
villagers who later took him to hospital
The Tuesday incident shocked one of Africa biggest slum
which is being upgraded by the government
During the incident another man was seriously injured by
the said madman.
The incident happens with public out cry that madmen had invaded
Kibera slum with Soweto Highrise recording the high numbers
of madmen who hovers in the slum
