MORE CHILDREN ARE NOT ATTENDING SCHOOL IN NAIROBI SLUM

       Even after the introduction of free primary Schools  in the Country School going
 children still spend there time in Nairobi  slums
      When it was introduced under Mwai Kibaki administration the government ordered
        arrest of parents who fails to take there kids to School but nothing had beeb done.
        Apart from that some children are in hands of commercial schools in the slum whose
         teachers luck training and yet they are being paid by parents.
         In the past such Schools in the slum had been accused of producing criminals
         because they cannot guide the children well
