FLYING TOILETS BACK IN KIBERA SLUM AS CRIMINALS     TAKE OVER CONTROL
Insecurity and the use of flying toilets are the major concern in Kibera slum of Nairobi according to the area D.O Mr Hesbon Kayesi
Addressing security meeting at Silanga village Kibera Division D.O Mr    Kayesi warns residence that unless they work  the government by providing information it will be difficult to deal with criminals who had taken over control of the area
While  calling on structure owners to build toilets Mr Kayesi noted that it is shame for Kibera residence to use flying toilets  during 21 century
 In   Kibera residence use plastic papers and tins which  they later scattered in the slum and on the top of the roofs at night which is dangerous to there health noted the D.O

 The meeting was called by the area chief Mr Adira  Patrick after armed youth  stormed into one of African biggest slum at night and carried away properties of unknown value    and threaten those who raised alarm with death during the weekend incident  three of the thugs where stoned to death
 During the five ours meeting residence agreed to work with police by providing information about the criminals who are also the area residence
 Police officers who were also present termed the criminals as dangerous because the use modern weapon but accused some residence of working with criminals
 During the question time two women residence  Judith Atieno and Jane Macharia complain that  residence uses flying toilets and later throw on the top of roof at night and appealed to the D.O take action again landlords without toilets
