AT LAST CORD HAD FILED HISTORICAL CASE WHICH IS ACIDIC TEST FOR DR MUTUNGA

 At last Raila Odinga CORD group over the weekend filed a case against the election of Uhuru Kenyatta as the 4th President of Kenya
The case which is the first under the new constitution  over the elected President put Dr Willy Mutunga on acidic test because President elect-is a person on high position in the land
It was evident during the filing of historical court that supporters of CORD had not learn a lesson on 2007 political violence which effected the Country economy.
By holding demo on the city street will not help because criminals will take chance but the only solution if for he Court  to do its work.
