ANOTHER CITY COUNCIL OF NAIROBI SCHOOL SOLD
Another City Council of Nairobi Primary School had been sold to private investor forcing numerous students to turn to the street on Nairobi.
Khalisa which is one of the oldest School established in 50s was closed recently with claims that outgoing civic leaders played a great role in the selling of the historical school at the city center.
Source told media in Nairobi that the said School had been operating in poor condition without water and power because they city Council of Nairobi is not interest in it, already part of the School compound and building had been rented to a college and unless action is taken the school will be sold out
Last month the government through Ministry of Education saved another City Council Oshwal Primary School from the hands of broker, after the parents took to the street before being addressed out side parliament building, forcing Kenya Prime Minister Raila Odinga to order action.
The School is among numerous City Council of Nairobi properties sold in order to generate funds for the forthcoming election
