LAKE VICTORIA FESTIVAL OF ARTS OWN

The annual  Lake Victoria festival of arts  2014 will be held between 9th to 12 October in Kisumu  city Kenya.
Film entry form hand been released and those wishing to take part  are advised to collect the forms and enclose it with DVD copy and courier to Alliance Francaise French Cultural Center Lodwar street Kisumu, entries must  be received by 1st  September.
