BEST GROUPS TO MISS MU9ISC FESTIVAL IN MOMBASA

    Numerous primary Schools from poor  background in Nairobi  slums may miss this years Schools and colleges music festivals in Mombasa due to financial  difficulties in after performing well.
 Some of School head who talked to media but didn't wants to be named said that it is expensive to  transport performers to Mombasa in August for the Countries  biggest events because the parents cannot rise  fare.
Among the schools to miss the action included Glory  Primary School in Kibera who are Langata champion among others who over the years had been producing national talents.
They appealed to Government through Ministry of education to come out with away of making sure that Schools from poor background attends the national events which are very important on the school calendar.
This years Kenya mu Schools and Colleges  music festival will be held in Mombasa in August bring together groups around the Country.
In the past groups had been appealing to politicians to use CDF funds to promote Schools from there respective areas to promote such events but in vein.
 According to research students who performed well in music also performs well in national examination
