CHILD PERISH IN SLUM FIRE

  Achild perish  yesterday when fire razed structures in Kibera slum
   Laini Saba area.
   The fire whose source is unknown started  when residence
      were away on duty and razed numerous house city fire
   was unable to fight it because there is no road.
  The child was  alone in the house making it difficult for members
  of the public to save her.
