BUS AND MATATUS OWNERS USED RAIN TO RISE FARE

Greedy bus and matatus owners used rain in Nairobi today to rise
fare at numerous   routes forcing poor Kenyans to walk.
As traditionally  conductors used the chance  to rise fare by
double with most stage going for between Ksh 50 and 100
the most affected routes included Langata, Kaserian and Ngong
which rise between Ksh 150 and 200 respectively
Strange enough nobody had come up with research to tell
Nairobians why to use rain to rise fare
