OLD CAR TUBES CAN BE USED TO GROW SEEDLINGS

Every evening old car Tyre and tubes are burn with black smokes polluting air, but 
     the same tubes can be used to grow vegetables seedlings if used well by Urban farmers.
  Traditionally those tubes are good for keeping seedlings worm during night in some
   cold areas.
   Old tubes are known of   storing  heat during day time and   keeping them to be used
    by seedlings at night,
     Railway line garden in Nairobi had start to use old car tubes to grow seedling and such
     method is being  used in other Countries like South Africa
