WEATHER MAN WARN OF ELNINO RAIN IN KENYA AS FLOODS RANGES

          Heavy rain is with as in Kenya with destruction being reported in some parts of the Country
          For the last few days floods are reported in Turkan  area as  Kawala bridge is sweep by water
         it  difficult to cross, early this week truck and other personal cars were forced to cot short there
         journey fearing heavy water
         Like  wild animals  residence were forced to swim in water as members of the public and politicians
         appealed to the goverment to take action before it is too late.
          The heavy rain is also reported in East Africa region of Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania as weather man
              warn of El nino rain no death had been reported.
