MAD MEN INVADE SOWETO VILLAGE IN KIBERA SLUM

         Alarm over the  raising numbers of madmen and women in Soweto Kibera slum in the
         last few month.
         The said madmen had invaded the nearest Highrise area posing danger to security according
          to the area residence
          The group are reported to be feeding at the nearest dumping venue as they sing while drunk
           with no comment from  the area administration
           Residence had blamed the raising numbers of madmen to smoking of bhang heavy drinking
           and other evils in the society.
           The latest is the incident of top witchcraft in the area who run mad  recently shocking his
            customers and is reported to still hold his dangerous charm.
            And as this is happening youth still start to drink from morning to late in the night with the
            knowledge of administrator
