The heavy  rain in Nairobi and other parts of the Country was blessing to Kenya 4th President Uhuru Kenyatta according to African traditions
The rain blocked numerous streets in  the city and others parts of the Country in which properties and lives were lost  by floods
According to  Africa traditions such rain is a blessing especially;y in Western Kenya
