GERMAN TO PROMOTE AFRICA CULTURE

The  German Fedral Cultural Foundation had embarked on promoting  African cultural through  cultural exchange programme.
Already  the foundation had  located over Ksh 219 project which is very important for Africa who se artist cannot promote them selves due to one reason or another.
