KIBERA RESIDENCE IN SOWETO SLUM SELLING 1 BEDROOM HOUSE FOR KSH 10,000.


Kibera residence are reported to be selling there house card for the ongoing Slum upgrading in Kibera Soweto area .
Source told media  that  the holder of the cards for houses under contraction are selling them to buyers at the price of Ksh between 10,000 and 20,000 which they use to drink.
Speaking during Highrise County candidate forum  a speaker who did not want to be named told the rally that  greedy residence who are after money are selling one bedroom house for only Ksh 10,000 to rich people and yet they had been suffering for many years,
He warns that those  buying the building to be ready by the year 2014 risk losing the money because card holders with file and photos including ID card will be given  house.
Those selling there own cards are reported to be renting structures in the slum in order to generated confusion when the government project is complete.
He warns that no strangers will be given house at Soweto because they are for poor who are known in the slum.
Over the weekend Highrise County representatives host joint peace rally ahead of the forthcoming general election in which they called for peace in the area.
