RESPECT NATIONAL FLAG

Kenya  marked  its 49   years  Jamuhuri  early  this week  in  style  being  President  Mwai  Kibaki  last  one  in  office.
Even  though  the  events  was  very  important  what  is  very  interesting  is   that  majority  of  Kenya  dont  understand   the  meaning  of  Uhuru.
What is  shocking  that  Kenyans  don't  respect  our  flag  during  the such  wonderful  day  as  it  was  seen  during Jamuhuri    day  something  which  should  be  addressed with  agent even  so  by  force.
During  the  day  only  government  offices host  the   flag while  the  majority of  other  building  just  closed  there  shops  as if  nothing  was  taking  place
Like in  any  other  Country   around  the  World  Kenyans  should  l;earn  how  to  respect  the  flag by   hosting  them  during  national  day,  not  only  in  town  but  also  in  slums  and  around  the  Country  as it  was during  KANU   era
Not  only  that  small  flags  which  can  be carried  by  those heading  to   venue  of  events and  if  possible matatus and  private  cars  be  allowed  to  hag  them  on  there cars  as   sign  of  Independence  day  49  years  is  along  period  which  we should  be happy  of.
