STONE TALK EXHIBITION OPEN IN NAIROBI RAILWAY MUSEUM ART GALLERY
Nairobil stones talk art exhibition kicks off today at Nairobi Art Museum Galley bring together Scholars and artist around the World.
The events will go together with the 1st and second edition of the international stone sculpture symposiums organized by Design Power Consultant according to Elkana Ongesa who talked to media yesterday at the Nairobi Musem art Galley the venue of the events.
He noted that the talk will focus on stone caving history for the last 400 years and above and appealed to art lovers to turn up during the events which runs from 16th to 30 November.
This years events had brought together Scholars from Ghana, South Africa, Kenya, Korea, Egypt among others.
Majority of stones on the exhibition are from Kisii land which is the home of the historical stones noted Elkana.
The major objective of the historical talk is to promote and preserve the rich stones heritage which is part of our history
The exhibition is partly supported by TARA, National Museum of Kenya and Kenya Railway which is the venue of the events.
