GHOST PROJECT AT CITY HALL

Civic  leaders  at  city  hall  in  Nairobi  are  using  fake  documents to  steal  millions  of  shillings under LASDAP  made for  development in  respective constituency.
Most  effected constituency  included  Langata in  which millions  of  shillings  made  for  development  had  ended  up  into  the pockets  of  civic  leaders and   non-existing and  well  connected  constructors
What  is    interested  is  that the conman flamed NGOs  and  donors  projects  as LASDAP and later  pockets the  money after  presenting  fake  papers  to  city  hall while  the  residence are  suffering
The group  uses installation of  security High-mast lights toilets, roads and  drainage to  steal  from  city hall because members  of  the public  are  not  given  chance, while some   members  of  the  committee luck  education
The  matter  comes to  public  early  this  week  during  meeting  called  by  city  hall when  it  was  discovered   that  majority  of  project  documented are  ghost and  other un. fished and  yet  the  money  had  been paid for
It  some  parts of  Nairobi the  meeting  turned  chaotic  because the  civic  ;leaders and  committee members  cannot  explain how  the funds  were  used  while  in  other  areas both  civic  leaders and   committee  members  fails  to  turn  up  for the meeting
For  example a meeting  called  at  city  hall  for  Langata was attended  by  only 8 peoples while  civic  leaders were  missing because  majority  of  the  project were  ghost and  those  documented  are  donors  and  NGOs project  said  the report
According to the  report  Mashimoni  area,  Highrise and Kianda funds ranging  to  Ksh  10 million  are  still at   city hall yet  to  be  used but  according  to  committee  members  who  attended the meeting the   money  is   about Ksh 17 million because  the  said   road, toilets and play  ground   are  under CDF  funds
 The  area  civic  leader Mr  Owino  Akamba fails  to  turn  up for  the meeting  and  was  reported  to  be attending  his  own business at Lunga Lunga
Committee  members  appealed  to  broke  city  hall  to  probe  the  matters  or  take action because  majority  of  the  projects  arte under NGOS  and CDF  funds.
